Certain evidence is given that the herbicide Glyphosate is carcinogenic and can cause harm to unborn children. In March 2015 the World Health Organization (WHO) has classified Glyphosate as likely carcinogenic for humans. These findings are supported by independent studies not funded by the industry.
Glyphosate, better known as RoundUp, is produced by Monsanto a combine which does also sell GMO (genetically manipulated organisms) made resitant against this herbicide, like f.i. genetically engineered soya or maize. While still the same teratogenic herbicide is used with plants certain kinds of 'superweed' have emerged which are resistant against Glyphosate so that more and more Glyphosate needs to be used. After the Vietnam War when conducting studies about whether Agent Orange was harmful or not Monsanto has simply exchanged some people from the samples of diseased veterans and the healthy in order to impede compensation for the veterans (Agent Orange was mainly made of Dioxin).
Ask the Federal Government of Germany to veto against Glyphosate! While the EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority, is warning the draft as laid out by the European Commission simply ignores the fatal consequences of Glyphosate for humans and the environment. Das Unkrautvernichtungsmittel Glyphosat steht im Verdacht, Embryonen zu schädigen und Krebs auszulösen. Im März 2015 hat die Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) Glyphosat als wahrscheinlich krebserregend beim Menschen eingestuft. Ihr Urteil stützt die WHO auf unabhängige, nicht von der Industrie finanzierte Studien.
Glyphosat, besser bekannt als RoundUp, wird von Monsanto hergestellt, einem Konzern der auch gleich dazu patentierte GVOs (gentechnisch veränderte Organismen) vertreibt, wie etwa gentechnisches Soya oder Mais. Da die Pflanzen immer mit der gleichen teratogenen Substanz gespritzt werden, sind bereits viele Unkräuter resistent („Superweed”) und es muß immer mehr Glyphosat verwendet werden. Bei einer Studie über die Schädlichkeit von Agent Orange im Vietnamkrieg hat Monsanto einfach die Stichproben der Erkrankten mit jenen der Gesunden vertauscht und so eine Entschädigung der Vietnam-Veteranen verhindert (Agent Orange bestand überwiegend aus Dioxin).
Fordern Sie die deutsche Bundesregierung dazu auf ihr Veto gegen Glyphosat einzulegen! Während die EFSA, die Europäischen Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit, warnt, kehrt die Vorlage der EU-Kommission die schwerwiegenden Folgen für Mensch und Umwelt einfach unter den Tisch. Der BUND fordert auf zu handeln und bittet um die Unterzeichnung dieser Petition.
The construction of two new Russian nuclear prototype reactors in Hungary can not be financed without massive state interventions. This even though costs about necessary means for security facilities and an intermediate store for radioactive waste are not included in the calculation. We can not guarantee that the 'budget variant' if in deed realized like this would deliver sufficient security.
Der Neubau zweier russischer Prototyp-Reaktoren in Ungarn wäre ohne massive Staatshilfen nicht finanzierbar. Dabei sind notwendige Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, auf deren Nachrüstung die ungarische Regierung möglicherweise verzichten wird, sowie Kosten für ein Zwischenlager noch gar nicht in der Rechnung enthalten.
